Support

Charta has no accounts and no servers, so there is nothing to reset or recover online. Your records live only on your iPhone.

Common questions

Restore a purchase: open the app, then Settings, then Restore purchases.
Moving to a new iPhone: restore from an encrypted iCloud or computer backup, or use Apple's phone-to-phone transfer. Photos and their key move with the backup. Without a backup, records and photos on the old phone cannot be recovered.
Cancel the yearly plan: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Something was read wrongly: tap the field on the review screen and correct it before saving.
